Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Memories...

So...it's Thanksgiving. Another year to reflect on all that we are thankful for and how blessed we are.

Thanksgiving is a time to share a meal and spend quality time with the people we love; time that is so precious; but because of the hectic schedule of our lives can't be shared as often as we'd like.

My family is one of the many families that have a T-day tradition where after our dinner prayer each member of the family says what it is they are thankful for. Of course you can always think of the ways you are blessed, but when you are put on the spot the first and sometimes only thing that pops in your head is family, friends, wealth, having a job and home etc...But while in my office today, I was thinking about some of the things I am thankful for...and I started thinking of the website I have been working on for the family and I thought of one of the biggest reason's I am blessed and what I am really truly thankful for...

Memories...I am so blessed to have so many great memories...

So on this Thanksgiving I want to Thank ALL of you...All of my friends and family; those of whom I am truly blessed to have in my life. I thank you for all of the wonderful memories!!!

The memories at Chu's w/ the whole Lombardo family. The memories of Grandma, Grandpa and I at Chu's eating in the Tea Room, just the three of us. The memories of Christmas' Reunions at Hummel Park. Memories of Dana, Spencer, Lisa and I playing White Fang or House at Grandma's apartment (Dana always remembers that I always said I wanted to be the one that lived in a trailer or lived as a pioneer lol). Grilling in hail storms w/ my Dad, Mom and siblings. Father's Day picnics w/ the Nelson Family. Trick or Treating in Grandpa Nelson's neighborhood. Fourth of July Parties at Dennis and Debbie's. Movies with Gina as a child(I say child because every now and then I go as an adult)...Game night at Grandma and Grandpa's...Oh I could go on for days...Trick or treating at Auntie Neece's house during the blizzard...Hanging out at Dorothy and Denise's Townhouse...Parties at Lisa and Dewey's house in Omaha. Walking around the track with Kris. Oh..and always looking up to Toni when she would come in town and being jealous that Lisa was closer in age than I was so I would be all upset ;), and of course always being afraid of uncle Phil when he came in town...he was always playing jokes and I never knew if he was serious or not lol. (Love ya Phil!) Ken's shop on Grandma's Salon days. De Soto Bend, Fort Atkinson and nature walks with Grandpa...These aren't even a FRACTION of my memories.

I have so many memories that I am truly blessed to have...

Thank You!! All of you!!! I love you! God Bless you this Holiday and I can't wait to create more memories with you!
